1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the zs77 platform, including the website at zs77.vu and the zs77 mobile application. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

zs77 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are written in English and are intended for players based in the Philippines. All monetary references are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and use zs77, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from online gaming.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a zs77 account closed for violations of these terms.

zs77 may request proof of identity and age at any point. Failure to provide adequate documentation when requested may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of zs77 or its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold player accounts.

3 Account Rules

Each individual may hold only one active account on zs77. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and current address in the Philippines. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact zs77 support immediately.

Account verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed. zs77 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the verification process.

zs77 uses OTP-based login verification and SSL encryption to protect your account. You are responsible for ensuring your own device and connection are secure when accessing the platform.

4 Deposits

All deposits on zs77 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Available deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer and local e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits must come from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. zs77 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source before crediting funds to your account.

Funds are generally credited to your account upon successful processing by the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. zs77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

zs77 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or wagering payment methods.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can only be submitted once your account KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible.

All withdrawals are in Philippine Peso (PHP). Processing times depend on the payment method and may vary. zs77 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times are not guaranteed due to the involvement of third-party payment providers.

zs77 may place withdrawal holds on accounts under review for security or verification purposes. You will be notified if this applies to your account.

Withdrawals that have been submitted cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of request.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

zs77 periodically offers bonuses, cashback, and promotional incentives to players. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and validity periods.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. The specific requirements for each offer are stated in the individual promotion terms available on the Promotions page.

zs77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers are not transferable between accounts.

Attempting to abuse bonus offers – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, or using wagering patterns designed specifically to exploit bonus mechanics – is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zs77 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain without reporting them.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment methods not in your own name.
• Abusing promotional offers through multi-accounting or systematic bonus exploitation.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's underlying systems or infrastructure.

zs77 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account and associated funds may be placed on hold. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, zs77 may pursue further action as appropriate under applicable law.

8 Game Rules

All games available on zs77 – including slots, live casino, eBingo, and other formats – are governed by their individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, zs77 will attempt to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the game to its state prior to the failure. If this is not possible, affected bets may be refunded at zs77's discretion.

zs77 is not responsible for internet connection issues on the player's end that result in game interruptions. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable connection when using the platform.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. zs77 reserves the right to adjust game limits at any time.

In cases where a game result is disputed, the outcome recorded in zs77's system logs will be treated as the definitive result, provided no technical fault is identified on the platform's side.

9 Privacy and Data

zs77 collects, stores, and processes your personal information in accordance with the zs77 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your account data is protected using SSL encryption. Login sessions require OTP verification to prevent unauthorised access. KYC documents submitted to zs77 are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account before the effective date. Closing your account does not affect any obligations already incurred prior to closure.

12 Account Termination and Suspension

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting zs77 support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal, subject to these terms and completed KYC verification.

zs77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is suspected.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under the criteria set out in Section 2.
• zs77 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

In cases of termination due to a breach of these terms, zs77 reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and forfeit account balances associated with the breach. Where no breach is involved, remaining verified balances will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, contact zs77 support to request a review. Decisions made following a full investigation are final.
